Childbirth Education Class
With all of the changes you are experiencing, you most likely have many questions. Our childbirth education class covers a variety of topics to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. You will learn what to expect during the various stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, your options for pain management, and how your coach can help you through labor. Taught by registered nurses, the class also covers breastfeeding and infant safety. A tour of The Birthing Suites is included.
This course is recommended in your seventh month of pregnancy. Patients should bring their labor partner and wear comfortable clothing. This class is taught in English and Spanish.
